From: Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Brief background of previous work experience: Formerly a Head Bartender at Lumber Baron Bar and a Sales Manager at A.K. Rikks.

Brief personal life: After braving the Midwest winters for 18 years, Corey took off to San Francisco to become a famous musician. He didn't find fame but something much more valuable - sweaty nights cutting his teeth bar-backing at the infamous Beretta in San Francisco's Mission District. Eventually moving up to bartender, he worked at a variety of different craft cocktail joints in SF and Chicago. Finally, he moved back to Grand Rapids in late 2017. He is happily married to his wife, Jessica, has a two year-old son, Remy, and an Australian Shepard pup named Briggs. The only music he currently plays are Bruce Springsteen covers in the privacy of his home.

Best food ever tasted and where it was from: Fish 'n' Chips from Wellington, New Zealand.

Favorite thing on our menu: Endive Salad.

Best vacation ever taken: My honeymoon - Big Sur, CA.

Beverage of choice: Scotch - neat. (Lagavulin 16 preferably)

Likes to do for fun: Springsteen Covers.

Best piece of advice ever given: Slow down and enjoy your life. Stop forcing everything.
